The best athletes in the world played multiple sports growing up. My coaching is about competition, speed, skills, and becoming the kind of athlete every coach wants. Not one sport. All-around.
About Troy
I'm Troy Hall — USA Eagle Cap #422, former professional rugby player, and someone who has competed and coached at every level of this game. I wore the Eagle jersey in both 7s and 15s, played professionally, and took the field in competitions around the world.
On the coaching side: six years as Head Coach at Clemson University, stints with Oregon State, the PR7s (Professional Sevens Texas), the Southeast Bears, and All-American coaching responsibilities. Youth to professional — I've worked with athletes across the full spectrum.
But the number I'm most proud of? 30,000+ kids reached through PE classroom sessions, introductory camps, and school programs at the elementary and middle school level. Getting kids moving, active, and excited about sport — that's the mission.
My wife is a nutritionist and physical therapist. That shapes how we think about kids and sport in our house: active, healthy, confident kids who pick up skills that transfer across every sport they play — football, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, baseball. The goal isn't just rugby. It's coordination, body awareness, and kids who leave every session smiling and wanting more.

How I Coach
All-Around Athlete
Not one-dimensional. Athletes who can move, think, and compete in any sport. That's what we're building — not just a rugby player or a soccer player.
Skills That Transfer
What we work on in sessions carries into football, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, and baseball. Coordination, speed, body awareness — it all crosses over.
Fun
Fun is the heart of any great program. If kids aren't enjoying themselves, they won't come back — and they won't grow. Every session is built around it.
Engaging & Competitive
Game-play, competition, and real challenges. Not just drills in a line. Athletes are engaged from start to finish because the environment demands it.
They Leave Wanting More
The best sign a session worked? They're already asking when the next one is. That's what I build every session around.
Confidence
Backing yourself. Having a go. Bouncing back when it doesn't go to plan. A resilient, confident mindset is the foundation every great athlete is built on.
