Four sessions on Clemson Rugby game days. Speed. Coordination. Skills. Competition. And a whole lot of fun. Ages 7–11. No experience needed — just show up ready to move.
What This Is
Not just a better rugby player. Not just a better soccer player. A kid who loves to move, loves to compete, and builds the athletic foundation to go as far as they want — in sport and in life.
These sessions run on Clemson Rugby home game days, right here at The Pier. Your kids train with Coach Troy, then stick around to watch Clemson Rugby play. An athlete development session and a game day experience all in one.
"Not just a better rugby player. A kid who loves to move, loves to compete, and builds the athletic foundation to go as far as they want."
— Coach Troy HallAny Sport. Any Level.
These camps are built for boys and girls ages 7–11 — whatever sport they play or want to play. No experience needed. The skills we train carry across every sport and every stage of life.
No rugby experience needed. No experience needed at all. Just show up ready to move.
What They'll Build
No standing in lines. No mindless sprints. Every activity is built around competition, games, and movement — the kind kids actually love. We train the skills that carry across every sport and every stage of life.
Speed & Explosiveness
Get off the mark faster. Accelerate through space. React before the other kid knows what's happening. Built through competition, not drills.
Hand-Eye & Coordination
Catch better. Track better. Fast reflexes. The foundation of every skilled athlete — regardless of the sport they play.
Decision Making
Games don't slow down for you. We train kids to think fast, solve problems on the go, and build confidence in the process.
Compete & Have Fun
Competition is the point. Having fun is the goal. Every session ends with a kid wanting to come back for more.
Lateral Movement
Change direction without losing pace. Move in every plane. Stop, go, cut — on command. The foundation of elite athleticism.
Love of Movement
The best athletes are the ones who never stop wanting to play. We make sure every kid leaves wanting more.
See It In Action
Kids on the field, smiling, competing, and loving every second. This is what a typical session at The Pier looks like — and why they keep coming back.

Your Coach
Troy Hall is a former USA international in both 7s and 15s rugby, now Head Coach and Director of Rugby at Clemson University. He's spent his career developing athletes — not just rugby players.
He's also a dad of three — Celeste, Wesley, and Phoebe — and he coaches kids the same way he'd want his own kids coached. No standing in lines. No mindless work. Real movement, real competition, and a genuine love of sport built in from the ground up.
Your kid won't be standing in a line. They'll be working, moving, and loving every second of it.
