This isn't a large group camp where you stand in line and wait your turn. This is a small group session where Coach Troy is watching you — your technique, your decision-making, your game — and giving you feedback that actually means something.
Every session is filmed. You'll see yourself the way coaches see you. And you'll leave with specific things to work on — not just a good experience, but a clear direction.

What We Cover
Pass & Catch — both hands, under pressure, off both feet. The non-negotiables.
Running Lines — angles, timing, reading the defence. The difference between a good athlete and a dangerous one.
Speed & Acceleration — first step, change of direction, closing speed. Built for rugby, not just the straight line.
Kicking Game — grubbers, chips, box kicks. The part of the game most high schoolers neglect.
Decision Making Under Pressure — small-sided games and scenarios that force you to think and execute at the same time.

It exists because Troy believes serious high school rugby players deserve access to elite coaching and real preparation for college rugby — regardless of where they ultimately choose to play.
